Who we are

Occult ("we") is an online strength coaching service operated from Brisbane, Australia. Contact: coach@occult.fitness.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, phone, assessment answers, intake details (training days, equipment, injuries you disclose), payment details (processed by Stripe - we never see your card number), training logs you enter in TrainHeroic.
• What we observe: pages visited on occult.fitness, email opens/clicks, purchase history.

Why we collect it

• To run your program: your logs and intake feed the weekly coaching loop. That's the product.
• To message you: program emails, the Sunday Pulse, and - if you opted in - marketing. Unsubscribe works on every email, always.
• To take payment and keep tax records.

Who we share it with

Service providers only, to run the service: our CRM and email platform, Stripe (payments), TrainHeroic (training app), hosting/analytics providers. We do not sell your data. Ever. To anyone.

Health information

Injury and pain-screen answers are sensitive. We use them solely to adjust or gate your programming and we don't share them beyond the coaching team.

How long

While you're a client and as long as needed after for legal/tax purposes. Ask us to delete your data at coach@occult.fitness and we'll do it within 30 days, minus what the law makes us keep.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, delete - email coach@occult.fitness. Australian Privacy Principles apply. Complaints: OAIC (oaic.gov.au) if we can't sort it out first.
